Our Client based in Parktown, Johannesburg require a Technical Payroll Consultant for a 12 month contract.
The Consultant will play a leading role in reviewing the current environment and finalizing the implementation. The Consultant will ensure successful integration of the module with existing functions while ensuring consistent input/output.
Based on an agreed schedule and project implementation approach, the Consultant will play an expert and technical assistant role for the Corporation. Ensuring efficient business user support for optimum utilization of the solution is required, regular reports and updates shall be provided and lessons learned documented.
The following duties are the key aspects of the assignment:
Review the general requirements of the client.
Review the current environment (setup, configuration, integration, interfaces, reports, documentation)
Review, verify accuracy and ascertain the current status of the work done today to date
Review the data processed and reports generated
Proceed with the processing of outstanding periods up to current month and validate the data and reports
Document and train the clients South Africa Payroll staff
Implement enhancements and upgrades in order to improve the reliability and performance of the solution
Continue to provide support services in the running of the payroll system for 12 months after the go-live
Close the implementation.
Rates will be paid Hourly in Rand (ZAR)
