Job Title: Oracle Test Manager
Job Location: London
Start Time: Immediate

As a Test Manager, the  candidate should be coordination of all testing activities during every stage of the ERP Project. Preparing Testing strategy and coordinate with the team member and customer on different tests and capture the results. The Core Job functions are as follows:

1.            Building up and leading the Testing team (Functional and Customer) to the success of the   project
2.            Preparing the Test Management strategy document and elaborate to the customer
3.            Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release and delivery
4.            Managing resources for the testing
5.            Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics with the testing team
6.            Understanding of Oracle Cloud Implementation process and knowledge of different ERP Functions like Finance, Procurement, Human Resource, Payroll and Projects 
7.            Effective utilizing of the testing software provided by the client

Experience:
1.            Must have done similar role at least for 4-5 ERP Projects
2.            Experience in working similar role for Global Organization is desired
3.            Proficiency in using Testing software like Spiratest
4.            UK experience will be added advantage 
5.            Professional certification like ISQTB( International Software Quality Testing) is desired
